Green juice
Freshly squeezed juice in the morning banishes colds and worries. In the cold season, it is important to get enough vitamins and, of course, January is known for its healthy eating habits. OJ, multi-juice and apple juice are probably the best known and most popular juices. But how about a green vitamin bomb made from spinach, parsley and ginger? Try it out for yourself and sample our recipe.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 juice
Green juice
- 200 g spinach (or other green leafy vegetables of your choice)
- 10 g ginger
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
Preparation
- Wash, peel and, if necessary, chop the ingredients.
- Juice everything using the juicer.
- Drink immediately. Preferably slowly, with a straw and in small sips.
