For the dough
- 180 g grated cheese
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 3 eggs
- Oregano and pepper
For the topping
- Some tomato sauce
- 80 g grated mozzarella
- 50 g cooked ham
- 50 g bacon
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- (Of course, this is only our recommendation, but you can top the pizza however you like)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150°C fan oven.
- Mix the cheese, quark and eggs well.
- Season with oregano and pepper.
- Spread the dough out on a baking tray.
