Smoothie popsicles
A healthy ice cream? Hard to imagine, but with this recipe it really is. Because in this popsicle recipe, the green smoothie is not drunk or spooned, but licked as a popsicle! A green smoothie as a popsicle. Not only very healthy, vegan, lactose- and gluten-free, but also really tasty and a great refreshment for hot days. This recipe is also very versatile. Smoothie popsicles
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of young spinach
- 1 handful of mint
- 1 handful of parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 6 popsicle molds
Preparation
- Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut into large cubes.
- Peel the bananas and cut into pieces.
- Wash, dry and pluck the mint, spinach and parsley.
- Place everything in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Add a little cold water to make the smoothie creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into the popsicle molds and freeze for approx. 2 hours.
- Insert wooden sticks and place in the freezer for at least 2 more hours.
