Hands off the fire: Safe barbecuing with SEVO
Grandma already knew that fire can be dangerous. It was not without reason that we were warned as children to keep our hands off the flames. The same applied to the barbecue. That's why we are only too happy to switch to the safer alternative: electricity as an energy source for a barbecue comes directly through the cable from the socket. You plug in the electric barbecue and can get started straight away. There are no combustion, explosion or health risks for you or your guests when plugging in, grilling or touching the barbecue - simply carefree.

Fire hazard
Avoid fire hazards by barbecuing with the SEVO without a fire. Barbecuing with gas or coal – and therefore an open flame – always involves the risk of explosion or the potential for errors, e.g. when connecting gas and gas cylinders, especially for inexperienced people. There is no need for this uncertainty.
Smoke hazard
The SEVO has a reflector tray under the grill grate, which is filled with water for grilling. While this also ensures that you get plenty of heat reflected onto the meat, it mainly helps to prevent the formation of smoke and fumes. If fats or marinades drip down, they are safely trapped there. This means you don’t inhale any toxic substances and don’t disturb the neighbors with unpleasant smoke.
Risk of burns
The SEVO has a safe-touch housing surface. This means that you can touch the outside of the grill even when you are grilling at 500 °C on the grid. With the lid closed, you even reduce the risk of burns to 0. This makes for much more relaxed barbecues, especially in households with children or pets, when you can be sure that nobody can injure themselves.
Charcoal and gas barbecues, on the other hand, consist of 99% metal casings. This means that not only is the flame itself hot, but often the entire barbecue is hot and not suitable for touching. Even unintentional contact, e.g. during games, can quickly become dangerous.

The thing with the neighbors
Let’s be honest: nobody wants stress with the neighbors. At the same time, we don’t want to miss out on summer barbecues. In urban areas in particular, there is often the problem that both landlords prohibit barbecues with open flames in the rental regulations or neighbors feel disturbed by the smoke.
An electric barbecue solves both problems at once: although the delicious smell of freshly grilled food cannot be avoided (because that would be too bad!), there is significantly less odor and smoke nuisance. And since the power comes from the socket and not from a potential fire hazard, the landlord is also happy.
Barbecue safely with the SEVO! Grill electrically now – without fear of fire hazards, make up with the neighbors and enjoy the best BBQ feeling without worries.
