How exactly does it work?
Simply download and open the SEVERIN app. All steps of the set-up process are explained in the app in a user-friendly way. After successful registration, the barbecue fun can begin! The grill must always be switched on once personally on the appliance to ensure that you really want to grill.
Set up and barbecue
If you want, you can even give the SEVO Smart Control your own name. Your grill – your friend for life! The grill connects to the cell phone, is then controlled via WiFi and can be selected in the device overview. The user is required to start the barbecue. Only after switching it on directly on the appliance does it really start. Safe is safe!
Spoilt for choice
The SEVO Smart Control leaves nothing to be desired, whether steak, fish or low & slow dishes such as pulled pork. Experience the new way of grilling, because the right grill settings are already stored for many dishes. So don’t hesitate to try something new, the SEVERIN team has thoroughly tested all the settings.
Set temperature
Up to 2 core thermometers can be connected. They are automatically recognized by the grill and the app. The desired target temperature can be set to the exact degree in the temperature range 10-300 °C. When the thermometer placed in the middle of the food reaches the target temperature, the app reports this and an acoustic signal sounds on the grill. Note: Use barbecue gloves to remove the hot thermometer from the food & don’t forget to switch off the barbecue! Video about the
Set timer
The grilling time can be monitored using the timer. The running time can be set from 1 minute to 24 hours. When the time has elapsed, you are informed by the app and an acoustic signal sounds on the grill. Note: Even if the timer has expired, the grill does not switch off automatically! Now it’s up to you.
Grillmaster
The SEVERIN app control in combination with the new 3-zone heating technology lets everyone surpass themselves, as it guides you step-by-step through the recipe of your choice, so that even complex dishes are sure to succeed. No matter who the grill master is, he never relinquishes control, but can sit comfortably in the garden or devote himself to his guests during the cooking process times, because both the temperature control and the change of the target temperature can be done via the SEVERIN app.
