Pollutant emissions
Electric barbecues have a decisive advantage over gas or charcoal barbecues: no harmful substances or gases are emitted into the environment.
Smoke is produced when barbecuing with charcoal. If fat or marinade drips into the open embers, carcinogenic substances are sometimes produced, which are deposited on the food as the smoke rises and enter the body.
In addition to this health risk, the smoke from charcoal barbecues creates another obvious problem: fine dust, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are released. These should not be inhaled if possible, which is why you should only barbecue outdoors with very good ventilation. Nevertheless, these substances are released into the atmosphere and damage our climate.

No emissions, no pollutants. And since no dripping oils and fats hit water instead of coal, no unhealthy substances are produced here either.
Modularity & reparability

This means that individual parts can be easily removed, repaired and replaced in the event of wear, defects or possible upgrade options, instead of having to replace the entire appliance. This extends the service life of our SEVOs, reduces the consumption of resources and the generation of unnecessary scrap.
