Severin® reinvents himself at IFA

At this year's IFA in Berlin, Severin® is taking off with a new mission: Premium for all. In this way, the long-established company is now also proving in new product segments what the brand has always stood for: lifestyle that is affordable for everyone, inspires and exceeds expectations. In addition to the new product segments, the company is also presenting a completely revised brand identity at its press conference at IFA.

“We are redefining premium: not exclusive, but inclusive. Not a luxury that only a few can afford. But a lifestyle that is affordable for everyone. No elitist product thinking, but real quality of life for many – without compromises. Because we combine innovation, high-quality design and fair prices,” says CEO Gerhard Sturm, explaining the new brand essence.

Severin® will present numerous new products as well as the new brand identity at the IFA press conference on September 4 at 4 p.m. in Hall 4.1, Booth 128.

Classics reinvented

In the past, Severin® has repeatedly reinvented and revolutionized entire categories of devices.

One example is the successful Spuma® model: a milk frother that also creates perfect barista foam from vegan milk alternatives and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

The Wurster® truly unique – a kind of toaster for bratwurst that provides golden-brown grilled enjoyment in just five minutes.

In the field of raclette grills, Severin® has also taken an entire category to the next level with the Sevento®. The appliance has an integrated extractor hood with activated carbon filter, which enables an almost smokeless and odourless raclette experience – a real game-changer.

New product innovations from four everyday situations at IFA

Existing successful concepts will be retained, but will now be supplemented by completely new product categories. For example, the portfolio will be significantly expanded in the areas of “Personal Care” and “Cleaning and tidying” – based on a careful analysis of consumer needs and growth potential.

In the future, the focus will be on four everyday situations: cleaning & tidying, well-being & comfort, nutrition & preparation, and barbecuing & conviviality. In these areas, sub-brands with clear differentiation and international growth potential are emerging.

First product highlights already announced

At IFA, Severin® will be presenting the S-Style Hair Care Range, a new product line that combines innovative technology with modern design. In doing so, the company is responding to the growing demand for high-quality styling devices at a fair price.

The brand will also be entering the floor care sector in the future with smart solutions such as the S-Power Olymp, a cordless handheld vacuum cleaner that enables convenient parking without tipping over thanks to the “Park & Chill” function.

Whether for quick everyday dishes or creative moments of pleasure: the new S-Fry series is the right answer to the growing desire for uncomplicated, healthy nutrition.

Severin® is thus addressing a quality-conscious, urban target group that appreciates clever kitchen solutions – sustainable, reliable, stylish.
