Red breakfast smoothie

  • 250 ml water
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 tbsp linseed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Cut the banana into pieces.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the smoothie maker, blend thoroughly and the smoothie is ready.
