I have a healthy and delicious alternative for you so you don't always have to reach for potato chips: the evening smoothie. A mix of blueberries, mango and avocado - so you have vitamins and healthy fats in one. Don't be put off by the color, this healthy option tastes like a dream. And the good news is that you can prepare a delicious smoothie in just a few steps.

Healthy evening smoothie

  • 375 ml coconut water
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g mango
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp linseed

Preparation

  1. Cut the mango into pieces.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender, mix thoroughly and the smoothie is ready.
