Quick pasta salad with pesto
The classic pasta salad: pasta, mayo, cucumber, egg and sausage. Super tasty, but not for everyone. Today we have a super tasty pasta salad with pesto and some greens that almost everyone can enjoy. Quick and easy, it's not only a delicious meal, but also makes a great side dish for the next barbecue. Add the pesto. Ready. Let's go.

- 500g forked spaghetti
- 2 jars of tomato pesto
- 1 small tin of peas
- 2 spring onions
- 1 leek
- Vegetable stock
Preparation
- Cook the pasta in the vegetable stock until al dente.
- Wash the leek & spring onions well and cut into small rings.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the tomato pesto until all the pasta is covered.
- Drain the peas and add them with the leek and spring onions.
- Mix everything well. Can be enjoyed hot & cold.
