Parmesan bunnies

You can never have enough snacks and this one fits perfectly into your Easter breakfast. Hearty bunny-shaped cheese cookies bring that extra Easter feeling to your breakfast table. Thanks to preparation in the hot air fryer, you save yourself the heating time and can use this time for other preparations or longer sleep. You're grateful for every minute of sleep you get, aren't you? Add a fresh dip and the little snack is ready to be nibbled on.

Parmesan bunnies

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 60 g quark (low-fat)
  • 60 g soft butter or margarine
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 msp baking powder

Accessories

  • Baking paper
  • Bunny cookie cutter

Preparation

  1. Line the base of the basket of the air fryer with baking paper.
  2. Mix the baking powder and flour in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix using a mixer with dough hooks to form a dough.
  3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 3 mm and cut out the bunnies. Brush with milk, sprinkle with Parmesan and place in the air fryer at 180 °C for approx. 12 minutes.
  4. Leave to cool and enjoy.
