Smoothie popsicles

A healthy ice cream? Hard to imagine, but with this recipe it really is. Because in this popsicle recipe, the green smoothie is not drunk or spooned, but licked as a popsicle! A green smoothie as a popsicle. Not only very healthy, vegan, lactose- and gluten-free, but also really tasty and a great refreshment for hot days. This recipe is also very versatile. Smoothie popsicles

  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 handfuls of young spinach
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 6 popsicle molds

Preparation

  1. Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut into large cubes.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces.
  3. Wash, dry and pluck the mint, spinach and parsley.
  4. Place everything in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  5. Add a little cold water to make the smoothie creamy.
  6. Pour the smoothie into the popsicle molds and freeze for approx. 2 hours.
  7. Insert wooden sticks and place in the freezer for at least 2 more hours.
