Shrimp pasta with garlic butter

Do you need something quick, but don't necessarily want a frozen pizza? Prefer something healthier but still delicious and addictive? Then this garlic shrimp pasta is the perfect after-work feel-good meal. Super quick and absolutely stress-free to prepare. It almost doesn't get any better than this!

Shrimp pasta with garlic butter

  • 250 g linguine
  • 250 g shrimps
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 150 ml chicken stock
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
  1. Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
  1. Crush the garlic, add and sauté lightly.
  1. Add the shrimps and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  1. Add a few slices of lemon and deglaze with white wine.
  1. Add the chicken stock and cream and allow everything to simmer.
  1. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili flakes, lemon juice and sugar.
  1. Add a little parmesan and parsley to the sauce and mix briefly.

Now heat briefly and the pasta is ready to serve. Garnish with a little parmesan and parsley and you’re ready to serve.
