The date curry dip is the perfect addition to any barbecue party and turns every BBQ into a culinary highlight. - 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut the pitted dates into small pieces.
- Place the cream cheese, dates, curry powder and milk in a bowl.
- Puree everything with a hand blender or in a blender until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dip into a bowl and chill until ready to serve.
