American cheesecake waffle fries

450 g cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
100 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
70 g flour
1 pinch of salt
Butter
Powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese, eggs and lemon juice with a hand mixer.
Add the vanilla sugar, sugar, flour and salt and mix well.
Once the waffle fries maker has heated up, brush the waffle plates with a little butter and place approx. one ladle of batter on the bottom waffle plate.
Close the waffle iron and bake the waffles for 4 minutes.
