Ingredients

- 100 g baking cocoa
- 250 g soft butter
- 150 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 120 g brown sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- various sweets for decoration
Preparation
- Bring the water (180 ml) to the boil and remove from the heat.
- Stir in the cocoa until the cream is smooth.
- Grease the baking tin and dust with flour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C/convection oven: 160 °C.
- Mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Stir in the eggs one at a time.
- Add the cocoa cream.
- briefly stir in 150 g flour.
- Pour the batter into the mold.
- Bake the brownie for 25 minutes.
- Add the sweets one after the other.
- Remove and leave to cool in the tin.
- Remove the cake from the tin and leave to cool completely.
- Sprinkle with optional sugar confetti and marshmallows before serving.
