  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 300 ml unsweetened condensed milk
  • 150 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Preparation

  1. sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar into a baking dish or pan and caramelize on the stove over a low heat. Then leave to cool.
  2. Whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened and unsweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsp sugar and vanilla flavoring.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the caramelized sugar.
  4. Fill a deep baking tray with water, place the flan mixture in it and place in the oven at 170 °C for 50 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool, turn out and enjoy!
