Low carb pizza

But with our low-carb pizza, you can enjoy the full taste of a delicious pizza without having to worry about your carbohydrate intake. Perfect for anyone who is watching their diet but doesn't want to give up their favorite food. This low-carb version offers a healthy alternative that is quick and easy to prepare. Be inspired by the combination of crispy base and delicious topping and experience a new way of enjoying pizza.

For the dough

  • 180 g grated cheese
  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 3 eggs
  • Oregano and pepper

For the topping

  • Some tomato sauce
  • 80 g grated mozzarella
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • 50 g bacon
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • (Of course, this is only our recommendation, but you can top the pizza however you like)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C fan oven.
  2. Mix the cheese, quark and eggs well.
  3. Season with oregano and pepper.
  4. Spread the dough out on a baking tray.
  5. pre-bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Pizza topping.
  7. Bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes.
