Oreo mugfin

Mug cake or muffin? Doesn't matter, the main thing is sweet. The round, black cookies with the unique white cream as a moist cake from the microwave. Not only are they quickly ready to enjoy, they are also filled in the perfect portions for your guests and easy to eat with a spoon. Heard enough? Then spoon yourself happy.

Oreo muffin

  • 12 Oreo minis
  • 1 egg
  • 125 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Butter for the mold

Preparation

  1. Separate the 2 cookies from the mini Oreos and spread the cream. Finely crumble the cookies.
  2. Beat the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in the egg.
  3. Mix the flour and baking powder and mix with the milk and the strained Oreo cream to form a batter.
  4. Butter the cup and pour in the batter.
  5. Arrange the cookies on top for garnish and cook in the microwave at 600 watts for 3 minutes.
