Grilled peach

It's going to be barbecue weather again this weekend. Today I have a summery dessert barbecue recipe for you, which was prepared again with our literally beloved SEVO electric barbecue. Have you ever put peaches or fruit in general on the barbecue? The peaches are caramelized by the heat and become juicy and sweet. Using the cordless hand blender, I conjured up a creamy plant-based quark made from cashew nuts and soy skyr as a side dish. With crumbled oat cookies as a topping, this combination is simply a dream!

Ingredients
Ingredients for 5 peaches
For the peaches
  • 5 peaches
  • 200 g cashew nuts
  • 400 g soy skyr
  • 2 tbsp syrup
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
For the topping
  • Crumbled oat biscuits
  • Dried flowers
  • Date syrup
  • Fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashew nuts in water
  2. Halve the peaches & place on the grill for 10 minutes
  3. Drain the cashew nuts & mix with the remaining ingredients
  4. Top the peaches with the cashew soy quark & toppings and enjoy!
