Grilled spiced pumpkin

FOR THE PUMPKIN
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin, approx. 800 g
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp herb salt
- 2-3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4-6 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds
- 4 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to 240 °C with the lid closed.
- Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and cut the pumpkin into wedges. Rub the slices with oil and season all over with salt.
- Place the pumpkin wedges on the grill rack and grill with the lid closed for 15-18 minutes. Turn once.
- Place the grilled pumpkin on a platter and top with parsley, pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil.
