S’Mores from the grill

The grilled meat, vegetables and side dishes are empty. It's getting evening, cozier and you're craving a small, sweet snack. This is the perfect time for S'Mores. What are S'Mores?

20 marshmallows
20 butter cookies with milk chocolate

Introduction

Braised marshmallows between two melted butter cookies with chocolate. Traditionally made over a campfire, they are also easy to prepare on the barbecue and are popular with young and old alike.

Preparation

place 10 butter cookies, chocolate side up, in a baking tin.
Place 2 marshmallows on each shortbread cookie and top with another shortbread cookie, chocolate side down.
Preheat the grill to 230 °C and grill the S’Mores in the baking dish with the lid closed for approx. 5 minutes.
Remove from the grill and enjoy while still warm.
