Stuffed steak rolls with goat’s cheese

What do you typically have for a barbecue? Sausages? Steaks with herb marinade? Also delicious, but how about something new? We have just the right recipe for you for your next barbecue with friends and/or family: steak rolls filled with goat's cream cheese and prunes - simply delicious!

Stuffed steak rolls with goat's cheese

  • 80 g goat's cheese
  • 4 x 125 g beef rump steaks
  • 8 prunes
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the steaks, pat dry and pound flat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Fill prunes with goat’s cheese.
  4. Spread the remaining cheese on the steaks.
  5. Top each with a slice of bacon.
  6. Place two prunes on the bottom third of each.
  7. Roll up the steaks.
  8. Secure with toothpicks.
  9. Place the steak rolls on the grill and grill for approx. 10 minutes.

Serve with a fresh lamb’s lettuce and enjoy your steak rolls!
