Curd mares
Curd cheese toast goes well with coffee or tea in the afternoon. They are easy to prepare in the microwave and are ready to serve in no time at all. Enjoy your meal!
Preparation 10-20 minutes
Curd mares
- 500 g quark
- 3 tbsp oil
- 175 g sugar
- 500 g flour
- 2 pts. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Make a dough from the ingredients and pour into the greased tin.
- cook for 10 minutes in the microwave at 650 watts.
- For a browned surface, bake for approx. 10 minutes at 180 °C in the microwave with the grill function.
