Internal photo shoot, a uniform appearance for all employees
Having a face in front of you, even in digital times, is extremely important for both internal and external communication.
In order to give all colleagues the opportunity to establish a professional presence both in internal networks (such as Microsoft Teams or the intranet) and on networking platforms (such as LinkedIn and XING), we are currently in the process of creating a uniform image for all employees.
A project that involves more effort than we expected, but which is great fun for everyone involved!
Fortunately, we were able to recruit our colleague Susanne Prange for this project. Susanne is not only a hobby photographer, but also a graphic designer in our marketing department. This means she can take photos of her colleagues and then edit them straight away.
