Chocolate croffles

"Croffle" is a combination of croissant and waffle and is currently all the rage. With the ready-made croissant dough, the whole thing is super quick to make and a delicious dessert for everyone.

one packet of croissant dough
80 g chocolate

Preparation

Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Take the croissant dough out of the tin and separate the individual pieces along the fold lines. Place a few pieces of chocolate on each triangle and roll it up from the short side to the tip.
When your contact grill is warm, place all 6 croissants on the grill, staggered and a little apart from each other. Close the lid and grill the croissants for approx. 4 minutes.
After baking, you can grate some more chocolate over the croffles.
