Egg garnish in clear broth
Who doesn't know it: the classic egg drop. Together with a clear broth, we have the perfect starter in no time at all. Simply make it yourself!

Egg garnish in clear broth
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- Salt
- 1 liter meat/vegetable stock Parsley, finely chopped
- Butter
Preparation
- Whisk the milk and a little salt with the eggs and pour into a greased glass bowl.
- Cover and cook at 800 watts for approx. 2-3 minutes and leave to rest for 5 minutes
- Then heat 1 liter of either meat or vegetable stock, covered, in a microwave-safe container in the microwave at 800 watts for approx. 7-8 minutes. In the meantime, dice the egg and add to the stock. To serve, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
