Ingredients
- 200 ml freshly brewed filter coffee
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (plus some for sprinkling)
- 100 ml frothed milk
- Optional: cinnamon stick for decoration
Preparation
- Brew your filter coffee with a SEVERIN filter coffee machine of your choice. The high quality of our machines guarantees you an intense, full-bodied aroma that forms the basis for your cappuccino.
- Add a tablespoon of maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon to your cup. The maple syrup provides a pleasant sweetness, while the cinnamon gives the drink a spicy note.
- Pour the hot, freshly brewed filter coffee into the cup and stir carefully so that the aromas are evenly distributed.
- Froth the milk until it is nice and creamy. For a particularly fine-pored milk froth, we recommend using a SEVERIN milk frother. Pour the froth onto the coffee to create a soft layer of milk froth.
- Sprinkle the milk foam with a small pinch of cinnamon for an extra aromatic kick. If you like, you can place a cinnamon stick in the cup – this not only looks decorative, but also gives the drink even more flavor.
