Homemade oat milk from the slow juicer

  • 130 g flowery oat flakes
  • 1 liter water

Preparation

  1. Put the rolled oats and water in a jug or bowl. Stir well once and then leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Insert the fine juice strainer into the slow juicer. Pour a few spoonfuls of the oatmeal and water mix into the slow juicer. Make sure that oat flakes are always filled with water. Start the appliance and add 2-3 more spoonfuls. Open the spout and gradually pour in the entire oatmeal and water mix.
  3. Pour the oat milk into a bottle or jug. The milk will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Tip:

You can use the leftover pomace as porridge or as a base for delicious oat cookies.
