Mulled fruit wine

Winter, Christmas market, mulled wine. These three things go together like a pot on a lid. My next Spuma winter recipe is a fruity mulled wine with elderberry and orange. With this recipe, you can bring a little Christmas market feeling to your home without queuing and cold feet.

For the mulled wine

185 ml elderberry juice
185 ml chokeberry juice
225 ml semi-dry red wine (e.g. Dornfelder)
4 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
3 g mulled wine spice
60 g sugar

Preparation

Insert the smooth stirring insert into the milk container and pour in the elderberry, chokeberry and orange juice and red wine.
Add mulled wine spice, select the “Mulled wine” program and start.
Season with sugar and serve hot.
