Tea punch

The cooler time of the year is just around the corner and what could be nicer than enjoying a hot cup of tea with your favorite person on these frosty days? The aroma of freshly made tea fills the room and the steam of the tea rises to your nose - an absolute moment of pleasure. And how about a creative tea punch? A mixture of orange, which gives the punch a slightly sour taste, and apple juice, which in turn brings out the slight sweetness. Getting thirsty? Me too!

100 ml cloudy apple juice
2 tbsp green tea
1 orange
1 organic lime
3 stems of mint
500 ml sparkling mineral water

Preparation

Pour the green tea into a tea strainer and bring 500 ml of water to the boil in a tea kettle.
Mix the specified amount of apple juice into the finished tea.
Peel the orange and remove the fillets from between the membranes with a sharp knife.
Cut the lime into wedges.
Wash the mint and cut the stems in half.
And now mix everything together: place 1 lime wedge, 1 orange fillet and 1 mint stalk in each glass, pour in the tea punch and top up with a little mineral water.
