“It’s nice to just be able to get together again!”
THE SEVERIN TEAMTALKS ENTER THE NEXT ROUND. FOR THE FIRST TIME WITHOUT CAMERAS AND HEADSETS!
The SEVERIN TeamTalks have been an integral part of our corporate culture for almost two years now. The TeamTalks are intended to give all employees space and time for a regular, direct and open exchange with the company management.
To this end, each department can nominate a mentor who then takes part in the regular events and is also included in the internal Microsoft Teams group. The task of the mentors is then to bundle and represent topics from the departments and of course also to act as multipliers in the department.
We were able to leverage a lot of potential with this format last year and drew a very positive conclusion. And, to be honest, in addition to all the really useful points, it’s also a lot of fun.
Unfortunately, the SEVERIN TeamTalks have of course taken place under the circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic. For many colleagues, this meant an unfamiliar video format. This year, we were able to start vis-a-vis for the first time.
The team from our outlet “DIE FABRIK” led by Sibylle Rohe-Tekath prepared small snacks (from SEVO, of course!) and we were able to use the beautiful premises in the Kochmanufaktur to simply chat again. Informal exchanges, great conversations, new and old faces from all areas of the company and, last but not least, a great buffet – it was a successful start. We are already looking forward to the next events!
