Shrimp pasta with garlic butter
Do you need something quick, but don't necessarily want a frozen pizza? Prefer something healthier but still delicious and addictive? Then this garlic shrimp pasta is the perfect after-work feel-good meal. Super quick and absolutely stress-free to prepare. It almost doesn't get any better than this!

Shrimp pasta with garlic butter
- 250 g linguine
- 250 g shrimps
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 50 ml cream
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Grated parmesan
- Fresh parsley
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
- Crush the garlic, add and sauté lightly.
- Add the shrimps and cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Add a few slices of lemon and deglaze with white wine.
- Add the chicken stock and cream and allow everything to simmer.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili flakes, lemon juice and sugar.
- Add a little parmesan and parsley to the sauce and mix briefly.
Now heat briefly and the pasta is ready to serve. Garnish with a little parmesan and parsley and you’re ready to serve.
