Banana Nutella muffins

No matter what you need them for, these moist muffins are easy to make and super tasty. So get out the mixer and get your own bakery out of the Christmas break.

Banana Nutella muffins

  • 250g flour
  • 120g cane sugar
  • 100ml neutral cooking oil (rapeseed oil or sunflower oil)
  • 12 tsp Nutella
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas and mash or puree with a fork.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, salt and sugar and mix with the bananas, flour and baking powder until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Divide the batter evenly between 12 muffin cases, add a teaspoon of Nutella to each and mix lightly with the batter using a wooden skewer.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 17 minutes.
