- 3 frozen bananas
- Approx. 150 g blueberries
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 150 ml milk of your choice
Preparation
- To prepare, it is best to peel the bananas the day before and then freeze them. We recommend choosing well-ripened bananas at this point.
- The next day, or as soon as your bananas are frozen, you can put them in a blender with the other ingredients and blend everything well until it becomes a creamy mixture.
- More milk can be added if necessary if it is still too solid. Just don’t use too much, otherwise the bowl will be too runny and you won’t be able to spoon it in.
- To serve, place the mixed bowl in a bowl and garnish with various toppings, such as fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes or another topping of your choice.
