Chocolate fondue
The days are getting shorter and winter is slowly making itself felt. And what can you do about the cold that comes with it? Exactly! A cozy evening with an open fire and fondue. We have just the thing for you - a chocolate fondue. With white chocolate and a little orange flavor or dark chocolate and a little rum, everyone can choose according to their own taste. And even if the Christmas markets are unfortunately canceled this year, we can still create a little Christmas feeling with social distancing.

Chocolate fondue
- 400 g chocolate coating
- 400 ml cream
- Strawberries, mango, pear, wafers etc.
Preparation
- Chop the chocolate coating into small pieces.
- Pour into the fondue pot, heat slowly and melt.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Stir in some orange flavoring or similar to taste.
- Our tip: You can refine the fondue according to taste. Orange zest or flavoring goes well with white chocolate and dark chocolate can be refined with a dash of rum. However, there are no limits to your imagination here.
- Cut the fruit into small pieces, dip in and enjoy.
