Creamy cinnamon and coconut ice cream with pecans

Creamy cinnamon and coconut ice cream with pecan nuts
- 400 ml coconut milk, chilled
- 70 ml maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 handful of pecan nuts
Preparation
- Mix the coconut milk, cinnamon and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Roughly chop the pecan nuts and set aside.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze for approx. 45 minutes. After half the time, add half the pecans. Add the remaining pecans at the end of the freezing process.
