Healthy evening smoothie
- 375 ml coconut water
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g mango
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp linseed
Preparation
- Cut the mango into pieces.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, mix thoroughly and the smoothie is ready.
