Hearty breakfast muffins with ham and egg
Would you like to serve something special at your next breakfast with your loved ones? Then these little muffins are just the thing. Bacon and eggs combined in a small muffin. Add a few fresh ingredients such as tomatoes and spring onions and these little breakfast cakes are ready. Do you prefer peppers? Muffins with ham and egg
- 12 slices of cooked ham
- 12 eggs
- 12 cocktail tomatoes
- 250g grated cheese
- Spring onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
Preparation
- Wash the required amount of spring onions and cut into small rings. Halve the cocktail tomatoes.
- Grease the muffin tins with oil.
- Place a slice of cooked ham in the cavity of each muffin tin and 2 halves of the cocktail tomatoes.
- Then crack an egg into each of the ham-lined wells, season with salt and pepper and top with as many spring onions as you like.
- Sprinkle with a little cheese and bake for approx. 15 minutes at 180 °C until the egg has set.
