Homemade oat milk from the slow juicer
Just make your own milk - then you know what's in it. Namely oat flakes and water. That's all you need for homemade oat milk! We'll also show you how to prepare your plant-based milk using a slow juicer. This is also easier than you might think.

Homemade oat milk from the slow juicer
- 130 g flowery oat flakes
- 1 liter water
Preparation
- Put the rolled oats and water in a jug or bowl. Stir well once and then leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- Insert the fine juice strainer into the slow juicer. Pour a few spoonfuls of the oatmeal and water mix into the slow juicer. Make sure that oat flakes are always filled with water. Start the appliance and add 2-3 more spoonfuls. Open the spout and gradually pour in the entire oatmeal and water mix.
- Pour the oat milk into a bottle or jug. The milk will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Tip:
You can use the leftover pomace as porridge or as a base for delicious oat cookies.
