Oreo mugfin

Oreo muffin
- 12 Oreo minis
- 1 egg
- 125 g flour
- 75 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter for the mold
Preparation
- Separate the 2 cookies from the mini Oreos and spread the cream. Finely crumble the cookies.
- Beat the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in the egg.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and mix with the milk and the strained Oreo cream to form a batter.
- Butter the cup and pour in the batter.
- Arrange the cookies on top for garnish and cook in the microwave at 600 watts for 3 minutes.
