Raclette pans – Crumble

For many, it's a Christmas or New Year's Eve tradition: the pans in the raclette grill. The contents are usually savory, but we now also have the perfect sweet alternative, for example as a dessert for a traditional raclette.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 12 portions
  • 100g butter (cold, in pieces)
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 150g flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Various fruits according to your taste

Preparation

  1. To make the crumble, mix together the butter, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and, if you like, cinnamon until you have a crumbly mixture.
  2. Cut the fruit into cubes or slices and the pans are ready to be filled.
  3. To fill, simply place a few pieces of fruit in the pan and then sprinkle with crumble.
  4. Now just bake under the raclette grill for 4 – 5 minutes until the crumble is golden brown and the crumble is ready to enjoy.
