Raclette pans – Crumble
For many, it's a Christmas or New Year's Eve tradition: the pans in the raclette grill. The contents are usually savory, but we now also have the perfect sweet alternative, for example as a dessert for a traditional raclette.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 12 portions
- 100g butter (cold, in pieces)
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150g flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Various fruits according to your taste
Preparation
- To make the crumble, mix together the butter, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and, if you like, cinnamon until you have a crumbly mixture.
- Cut the fruit into cubes or slices and the pans are ready to be filled.
- To fill, simply place a few pieces of fruit in the pan and then sprinkle with crumble.
- Now just bake under the raclette grill for 4 – 5 minutes until the crumble is golden brown and the crumble is ready to enjoy.
