Spaghetti pizza casserole

It's the weekend and once again you can't decide whether you'd rather eat pizza or pasta? I have the solution to your problem - spaghetti pizza casserole. Easy to prepare, few ingredients and adaptable to every taste, just like normal pizza toppings. I topped the casserole with ham and it was delicious. Of course, you can also top your casserole with salami, tuna or just cheese. There are no limits to your creativity here. Just put everything in the casserole dish and off you go.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 portions
Spaghetti pizza casserole
  • 340 g spaghetti
  • 400 g tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 eggs
  • Ham (salami or topping of your choice)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Oil

Preparation

  1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
  2. Finely chop the spring onions and crush the garlic.
  3. Mix the eggs, milk, oregano, spring onions, garlic and a handful of Parmesan.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and mix well with the egg mixture.
  5. Brush the baking dish with oil and fill with the spaghetti and egg mixture.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano.
  7. Place in the oven at 200 °C top and bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
