Stuffed steak rolls with goat’s cheese
What do you typically have for a barbecue? Sausages? Steaks with herb marinade? Also delicious, but how about something new? We have just the right recipe for you for your next barbecue with friends and/or family: steak rolls filled with goat's cream cheese and prunes - simply delicious!

Stuffed steak rolls with goat's cheese
- 80 g goat's cheese
- 4 x 125 g beef rump steaks
- 8 prunes
- 4 slices of bacon
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
- Wash the steaks, pat dry and pound flat.
- Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Fill prunes with goat’s cheese.
- Spread the remaining cheese on the steaks.
- Top each with a slice of bacon.
- Place two prunes on the bottom third of each.
- Roll up the steaks.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Place the steak rolls on the grill and grill for approx. 10 minutes.
Serve with a fresh lamb’s lettuce and enjoy your steak rolls!
