Vanilla frozen yogurt

Refreshingly delicious and wonderfully creamy - you'll love our recipe for vanilla frozen yoghurt! With just a few ingredients, you can conjure up a delicious dessert in no time at all that is perfect for hot summer days. The sweet taste of vanilla combines with the light acidity of yogurt to create an irresistible combination. Whether on its own or with fresh fruit, this frozen yoghurt promises pure indulgence!

  • 700 g yogurt (10% fat content)
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl, sieve the powdered sugar over it and stir.
  2. Add the honey and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, insert the mixer insert and click the lid into place.
  4. Select ice cream mode and set the time to 45 minutes.
  5. Serve the creamy ice cream straight from the ice cream maker or keep in the freezer for up to 30 minutes longer until ready to eat to maintain the creamy consistency.

Note: If the frozen yogurt is completely frozen in the freezer, simply leave to defrost at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes before serving, depending on the size of the container.
