Panini with chicken and pesto filling
Today we have a juicy panini topped with chicken and pesto. Sounds unusual? It is and it also tastes super delicious! Some vegetables and cheese round it off. Enjoy yourselves!

- one foccacia
- 150 g cooked chicken
- 120 g pesto
- 75 g paprika
- 50 g red onion
- 120 g grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
- First fry the chicken and cut into strips.
- Cut the bread in half crosswise and spread the pesto on the bottom half (preferably basil or rocket).
- Now top the panini with meat, peppers and cheddar cheese.
- Finally, toast the bread in the contact grill until it is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
